Construction phase event

The Services and finishes works are the final steps in the construction process. They cover the basement, ground floor, and Levels 1 - 4.

BASEMENT: - Services Rough-In and Core Walls - Plantroom - Comms Room - Plantroom - Northern - Plantroom - Pump Room - Plantroom - Switchroom - Plantroom - Southern Plantroom - Large Lecture - Medium Lecture 1 - Medium Lecture 2 - Library - Staff Workspace - Library - Meeting & Project Rooms - Library - Collection - Library - Open Compactus - Amenities - Bin Store, Exhibition Store, Bike Store - Foyer - Completion. GROUND FLOOR: - Services Rough-In and Core Walls - Plant Areas - Workshop - Library - Exhibition - Amenities - Foyer - Completion. LEVEL 1: - Services Rough-In and Core Walls - Dean's Rooms - Northern Rooms (Studio, Studio CAD) - Southern Rooms (Studio, Studio CAD) - Large Seminar Rooms - Studio Hall, Studio - Amenities - Completion. LEVEL 2: - Services Rough-In and Core Walls - IT & Facilities Workspace - Southern Studios & CAD Lab - Hanging Studio - Informal Space on Jungle Gym - Amenities - Completion. LEVEL 3: - Services Rough-In and Core Walls - Northern Workspace Rooms - North-Eastern Workspace Rooms - South-Eastern Workspace Rooms - RHDS (Research Higher Degree Students) Workspace - Prof./Research/Finance/HR/Business Work areas - Hanging Project Research Space - Amenities - Completion. LEVEL 4: - Services Rough-In and Core Walls - Japanese Room - Northern Workspaces - North-Eastern Workspaces - South-Eastern Workspace & Academic - RHDS (Research Higher Degree Students) - Southern Studios - Staff Lounge - Hanging RHDS - Amenities - Completion. At completion of each floor, the following tasks were done: - Services Fit Off Complete - Power On - Commission - Finishes Complete - Install Loose Furniture and Fittings - Defects Inspection, Rectification - Final Sign-Off Floor complete.
