Pre-construction phase event

The contract was awarded to Brookfield Multiplex as the general or head contractor to oversee the construction of the new architecture building on 14 December 2012. The contract administration also included: <ul><li>Novation of design consultants</li><li>Redocumentation to include for Value Engineering items</li></ul> John Wardle Architects and NADAAA began submitting Contract Design Renders. Brookfield Multiplex took over the site in May 2013.
